How do I change my notification preferences?
Pick which emails and texts you want to receive from Coastline, and turn off the ones you don't.
Open My Account → Notifications. Notifications are grouped by type: mentions, calendar invites and reminders, task assignments and due dates, estimate approvals, work orders, material orders, and reimbursements. Toggle each one on or off independently.
Changes save immediately. Some critical notifications (security alerts, billing failures, account changes) cannot be turned off. If you want a clean inbox, turn off the categories you don't act on and keep mentions and task assignments on so you don't miss work that's directed at you.
