What happens when my trial ends?
Pick a plan. If you choose Launch, your workspace stays on the Launch feature set. If you choose Professional, you keep everything you used during the trial. Your data is preserved either way.
What is the difference between Launch and Professional?
Launch covers the essentials: contacts, projects, estimates, invoices, photo reports, and a single pipeline. Professional adds e-signatures, payment processing, bills and expenses, email inbox, team chat, unlimited pipelines and automations, custom roles, and API access.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated against your next bill.
What counts as a user?
A user is any active workspace member who can log in. You can add or remove members at any time and your bill adjusts accordingly.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Switch to annual billing for 13% off the monthly seat price ($25/user/month for Launch, $69/user/month for Professional).
Are add-ons available on both plans?
Yes. Every add-on works on both Launch and Professional. They are billed per workspace, not per user.
