Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of Professional features. No credit card required to get started.

What happens when my trial ends?

Pick a plan. If you choose Launch, your workspace stays on the Launch feature set. If you choose Professional, you keep everything you used during the trial. Your data is preserved either way.

What is the difference between Launch and Professional?

Launch organizes your work: contacts, projects, tasks, estimates, invoices, photo reports, and a single pipeline. Professional runs your business: e-signatures, payment processing, bills and expenses, email inbox, team chat, online booking included, unlimited pipelines and automations, custom roles, and API access.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, any time. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated against your next bill.

What counts as a seat?

A seat is any active workspace member who can log in. You can add or remove members at any time and your bill adjusts accordingly.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Switch to annual billing for 13% off the monthly seat price ($25/seat/month for Launch, $69/seat/month for Professional).

Are add-ons available on both plans?

Online Booking, RoofScope, Storm Data, and Zapier are available on every plan. QuickBooks, Customer Portal, Multiple Locations, Advanced Analytics, SMS & Text Marketing, and AI Voice Calling extend the Professional plan. Online Booking is included free with Professional and available to Launch as a $25/month add-on. Add-ons are billed per workspace, not per seat.
