How do I create a calendar event and invite a contact?

Schedule a meeting, drag in a contact, and Coastline sends the invite for you.

Open Calendar and click any empty slot, or click "+ New event" in the top-right. Set the title, time, and duration, then pick attendees: type a contact's name and Coastline matches it from your CRM, or add an external email by typing the full address.

Pick a meeting type (in-person, phone, or video) and Coastline does the right thing for each: in-person events show your saved company address, phone events surface the contact's number for one-click dialing, and video events auto-generate a meeting link. Calendar invites go to everyone you added; the event lands on the contact's timeline too, so the whole team sees it.
