How do I organize files in Company Documents?
Use folders to keep contracts, marketing assets, and SOPs tidy.
Open Company Documents from the sidebar. Click "New folder" to create a folder, then drag and drop files in or click "Upload" inside the folder. Files can be moved between folders by dragging.
Company Documents is workspace-wide and shared with every team member. For files tied to a single deal or contact, attach them to that record instead so they stay scoped to the work they belong to.
