How do I move multiple opportunities or projects at once?
Select several cards on the board and move, archive, or mark them all together.
Open the Opportunities or Projects board and click the checkbox icon on each card you want to act on. To grab a whole column at once, use the select-all checkbox at the top of the column header.
With more than one card selected, an action bar appears at the bottom of the screen with "Move to stage," outcome buttons (Mark lost / Mark cancelled), and archive options. Pick the destination and every selected record moves at once. Bulk actions respect your role's permissions and log to the activity timeline on each affected record, so the trail of who moved what stays intact.
