How do I customize pipeline stages?
Build stages that match how your team actually sells.
Go to Settings → Pipelines. You can add, rename, reorder, and color-code stages. Stages can be marked as "Won" or "Lost" terminal states, which drives reporting. Changes apply to every deal in that pipeline.
