How do I track where my leads came from?

Tag every opportunity with a lead source so you can report on which channels are working.

Open Settings → Workspace → Lead Sources to add the channels you actually use: Google, Facebook, Referral, Door knock, Yard sign, Past customer, and so on. When you create a new opportunity, the lead source dropdown shows your list and the value you pick is stored on the opportunity.

The Reports view lets you slice revenue, win rate, and pipeline volume by lead source, so you can see at a glance which channels are paying off and which ones aren't worth the spend. Existing opportunities that pre-date a new lead source can be tagged retroactively from the detail page of each opportunity.
