How do I see which opportunities still need a first response?
Add the Opportunities Awaiting Response widget to your dashboard to see new opportunities assigned to you that no one has contacted yet.
Add the Opportunities Awaiting Response widget to your dashboard to see, in one place, the new opportunities assigned to you that no one has contacted yet, each with a running clock and a one-tap text or call. As soon as you text, call, or email the contact, the opportunity drops off the list.
Add the widget
- On your dashboard, enter edit mode and add the Opportunities Awaiting Response widget.
- It lists the opportunities assigned to you that have not had a first outreach, with the longest-waiting one at the top.
- Use the Text or Call action on a row to reach out without leaving the dashboard.
Anything in this widget that's past your workspace's response target also shows up in your morning summary: one notification a day at 8am your workspace time, with the count and your longest-waiting opportunities. Tap it to come back here and follow up. You can also get the summary by email or text from My Account > Notifications.
Want the whole team's view or trends?
You can build a report on response time: in Reports, group opportunities by team member or lead source and chart the response time field to see who is fast, who is slow, and which lead sources go cold. To choose how long counts as too long, set a target: How do I set a target for how fast we respond to new opportunities?
