How do I reuse a report layout?
Save any project document as a report template and it appears as a starting point for every new document in your workspace.
Save the document as a template. Open the document, open its menu in the top right, and choose Save as template. Give it a name and a short description, and from then on it appears as a choice whenever anyone in your workspace creates a new document.
What a template keeps
A template keeps the layout, not the job: headings, boilerplate text, empty photo grids with their column and detail settings, the cover page and which fields it shows, and the header and footer settings. Photos and captions are removed, so a template is never tied to one project. When you create a document from it, you add that project's photos.
Creating a document from a template
On a project's Documents tab, open New and choose New document. You can start from Blank, from Coastline's Photo report, or from any template your workspace has saved. Selecting photos on the Photos tab and choosing Create report starts a Photo report with those photos already placed.
Managing templates
Templates live under Settings, then Workspace, then Documents, in the Report templates section. There you can rename a template, edit its description, or archive one you no longer use. Coastline's own Photo report cannot be edited, but you can duplicate it into your workspace and change the copy. Managing templates needs the Manage company documents and report templates permission.

How do I tag project photos?
Photo tags are a workspace-wide list you set up once under Settings; anyone can then apply them to photos and filter a project's gallery by tag.
Which albums does a new project start with?
The default albums you list under Settings are created on every project the first time its Photos tab opens; changing the list does not touch projects that already have their albums.
