How do I send a document for electronic signature?

Send any PDF or contract to a contact and get it signed online, no printing required.

Open Signatures from the sidebar and click "New envelope." Upload a PDF (or pick one of your saved templates), add the contacts who need to sign, and drag signature, initial, date, and text fields onto the page where each signer needs to fill them in. If multiple people need to sign, set the signing order.

Click "Send" and each signer receives an email with a link to sign on any device. You're notified at every step (opened, signed, completed) and the fully-signed PDF is filed back onto each signer's contact profile and the opportunity, if there is one, the moment the last signature is captured.
