How do I build a reusable signature template?
Pre-place signature fields on a contract you send often, so every envelope is a single click.
Open Signatures from the sidebar and click "Templates." Create a new template, upload the PDF you send most often (your contract, work authorization, scope of work), and drag signature, initial, date, and text fields onto the page where each signer needs to fill them in. Save the template.
Next time you send the same document, pick the template when creating an envelope and the fields are already in place. You only need to add the signer's name and email, then send.
