How do I set up my company profile?

Add your business name, logo, timezone, and address. These appear on estimates, invoices, and booking pages.

Open Settings → Workspace → Company. Fill in your business name, industry, address, phone, and timezone, then upload your logo. The logo is used on every customer-facing document (estimates, invoices, booking pages, signature envelopes), so a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works best.

Timezone matters more than it seems: it drives reminder times, scheduling availability, and the dates shown on every contact's activity. Set it once when you start and you won't need to think about it again.
