How do I connect my email inbox?
Connect Gmail or Outlook to sync conversations to contacts.
Open My Account → Email and click "Connect." Sign in with Google or Microsoft and approve the permissions. Coastline will sync messages sent and received with matched contacts so the whole team can see the conversation history on each contact's profile. You can disconnect at any time; we only retain messages linked to contacts.
