Does Coastline track email opens?
Yes, tracking is opt-in per message.
When composing an email in Coastline, toggle "Track opens" in the footer. You'll see open events in the conversation thread. Tracking uses a pixel; some corporate email filters block it, in which case opens won't be recorded.
