How do I add an email signature?

Attach a signature to every email you send from Coastline, including replies.

Open My Account → Email. Use the signature editor to add your name, title, phone, and any links or inline images you want at the bottom of your messages. The signature is appended to every outbound email you send from Coastline, including replies and follow-ups.

Each workspace member sets their own signature, so a teammate's replies will use their signature, not yours. If you have a connected email account, the signature here is what Coastline uses; messages you send from your email provider directly will still use whatever signature you've configured there.
