How do I filter contacts by tags or custom fields?
Build saved views to focus on the contacts you care about right now.
Open Contacts and click the filter icon at the top of the list. Add filters by tag, contact type, lead source, owner, last contact date, or any custom field you've defined. Filters stack, so you can show only "Past customers in Dallas with no contact in the last 90 days," for example.
Click "Save view" to keep the filter for next time. Saved views appear in the dropdown next to the page title, and you can pin the ones you use most. Each member's saved views are private to them.
