How do I merge duplicate contacts?
Combine two records into one without losing activity history.
On a contact's profile click the "⋯" menu and choose "Merge." Pick the other record and decide which value to keep for each field. All notes, tasks, emails, and deals from both contacts will be preserved on the merged record.
