How do I turn off Mailers?
Open Mailers in the Marketplace and choose Turn off. Scheduled mail that hasn't gone to print is cancelled and refunded.
Open Mailers in the Marketplace and choose Turn off.
Turning it off cancels scheduled mail that hasn't gone to print and refunds anything already charged for it, pauses your mail campaigns, and stops mail steps in automations. Mail already at the printer is still delivered.
Your templates and mail history are kept. If you turn Mailers back on, campaigns stay paused and automations need a new authorization before they charge again.
