How is Mailers billed?
Each batch of mail is charged to the card on file shortly before it is sent, at the price you approved. Mail that never goes to print is refunded.
Each batch of mail is charged to your workspace's card on file shortly before it sends, at the price you approved. There is no monthly fee for Mailers.
- One-off mail is charged when you choose to pay.
- Campaign steps are charged shortly before each step sends.
- Automations charge within the limits a billing manager set when authorizing them.
If the price goes up before a batch is charged, it pauses and waits for you to approve the new price. You are never charged more than you approved.
If a batch can't be sent, for example because a recipient's address became incomplete, that recipient's share is refunded and the rest still send. If you cancel a batch before it goes to print, it is refunded. Mail that has already gone to print can't be refunded.
If a charge fails, update your card in Settings > Billing and try again from the batch.
