How do I turn on Mailers?
Turn on Mailers, for sending direct mail postcards and letters, from the Marketplace. It is free to turn on, and you pay for each batch you send.
Turn on Mailers from the Marketplace: open Mailers and choose Enable. It is free to turn on. You only pay for the mail you send, and you see the exact price before anything is charged.
Only a member who can manage paid features can turn Mailers on or off.
Once it is on, you will find:
- Templates > Mail for designing postcards and letters.
- Campaigns > Mailers for mail campaigns, one-off mail, history and anything waiting on you.
- Send physical mail and Enroll in mail campaign steps in automations.

A mail campaign sends a series of direct mail postcards or letters on a schedule. Each step is priced before you activate it, and charged shortly before it sends.
How do I turn off Mailers?
Open Mailers in the Marketplace and choose Turn off. Scheduled mail that hasn't gone to print is cancelled and refunded.
How is Mailers billed?
Each batch of mail is charged to the card on file shortly before it is sent, at the price you approved. Mail that never goes to print is refunded.
How do I create a mail template?
Go to Templates, open the Mail tab and choose New template. Pick a size, write each side, add artwork, and preview it with sample details.
