Coastline for Android
Manage contacts, projects, and messages natively on Android.

Search "Coastline CRM" in the Google Play Store. The app is free to download.
Sign in
Use the same email and password you use on the web. If your workspace uses SSO, tap Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft on the login screen.
What you can do in the app
- Contacts. View, call, text, and email contacts. Log notes and attach photos from the field.
- Pipeline. Manage your opportunities in list or kanban view. Move stages, add notes, and send estimates.
- Projects. Check job status, review checklists, upload site photos, and attach documents.
- Messaging. Send and receive texts and emails tied to contacts and projects.
- Estimates and invoices. Review, send, and collect signatures on estimates. View invoice status and record payments.
- Calendar. See upcoming appointments and navigate to job sites.
Push notifications
Allow notifications when prompted to receive alerts for new messages, approvals, and assignment changes. Notification settings can be changed later in your Android settings under Apps → Coastline CRM → Notifications.
Offline access
Reading is available offline. Edits, notes, and uploads made offline sync automatically when your connection returns.
Things to know
- The Android app requires Android 10 or later.
- Your workspace plan covers mobile access. There is no separate mobile subscription.
- Updates ship through the Google Play Store. Enable auto-update to stay current.
