Claude AI in Coastline

What you get

Claude is built into Coastline and available without any setup. It helps you write faster and understand information at a glance.

Where Claude appears

Message drafting. In the compose bar of any email or text thread, click the sparkle icon to draft a reply based on the conversation above it.

Note rewriting. In contact and opportunity notes, select any text and use the AI toolbar to shorten, expand, or change the tone.

Thread summaries. Long email threads show a "Summarize" option to condense the key points into a few sentences.

More surfaces are being added over time.

What Claude can and cannot see

Claude reads only the context shown on screen at the time you invoke it, such as the current email thread or the note you are editing. It does not have access to your entire workspace, other contacts, or any data outside the current screen.

Things to know

• There is nothing to connect or enable. Claude is available to all workspace members.
• AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. Review before sending; Coastline does not send anything without your explicit action.
• Usage is included in your Coastline plan. There is no per-use charge.
