Add Google Meet to Bookings
Automatically attach a Google Meet link to every booking, no extra setup required.
What you get
If your Google account is connected and your Workspace plan includes Google Meet, Coastline can generate a unique Meet link for every booking automatically.
Enable Google Meet for bookings
- Connect Google Calendar under Settings → Account → Calendar (if you have not already). Meet uses the same Google account.
- Go to Settings → Booking → Meeting location.
- Select Google Meet.
New bookings will include a Meet link in the confirmation email.
What the customer sees
The booking confirmation includes a "Join meeting" button. Customers can join from a browser without installing anything.
Things to know
- Google Meet link generation requires a Google Workspace account (paid Google account). Personal Gmail accounts can create Meet links but may have shorter meeting limits depending on your Google plan.
- Only one meeting location can be active at a time. Switching from Teams or Zoom to Meet (or vice versa) takes effect for new bookings immediately.
- If a booking is rescheduled, Coastline generates a new Meet link and sends an updated confirmation.
