Keep invoices, payments, and customers in sync between Coastline and QuickBooks Online.

What you get

The QuickBooks integration pushes Coastline invoices, payments, and customers to QuickBooks Online automatically, so your books stay current without double entry.

Enable QuickBooks

QuickBooks sync is a paid add-on ($100/month).

  1. Go to Marketplace → Add-ons.
  2. Find QuickBooks Integration and click Add.
  3. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account and authorize the connection.

Sync runs one-way: Coastline pushes to QuickBooks. Changes made directly in QuickBooks do not flow back to Coastline.

Things to know

  • Requires QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported.
  • Each Coastline contact is matched to a QuickBooks customer by name. Rename conflicts are flagged in the integration log.
  • Tax lines, discounts, and line-item categories are mapped to the QuickBooks items you configure in the integration settings.
  • To disconnect, go to Marketplace → Add-ons → QuickBooks → Disconnect. Existing synced records in QuickBooks are not deleted.
