Connect Zoom to your booking pages

Coastline can automatically create a unique Zoom meeting for each video appointment booked through your scheduling pages. When you connect Zoom, every booking that uses it gets its own join link, added to the confirmation for you and the person who booked.

Connect your Zoom account

1. Go to Bookings in the left sidebar.
2. In your meeting location settings, choose Zoom.
3. Click Connect Zoom.
4. Sign in to Zoom if prompted, then click Allow to authorize Coastline.
5. You'll return to Coastline with Zoom shown as connected.

Use Zoom for an event type

1. Open Bookings and edit or create an event type.
2. Set the meeting format to Video and the provider to Zoom, then save.
3. Each booking for that event type now creates a Zoom meeting on your account and includes the join link in the confirmation email.

If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled, Coastline updates or removes the matching Zoom meeting automatically.

Disconnect Zoom

1. Go to Bookings, then your meeting location settings.
2. Select Zoom, then click Disconnect.

Disconnecting stops new bookings from generating Zoom links; existing bookings keep theirs.

What Coastline accesses

Coastline creates and removes meetings on your behalf and reads your Zoom account's name and email to show which account is connected. It never accesses meeting content, recordings, or participant data. Your authorization is stored securely and can be revoked any time from this page or from your Zoom account's installed apps.
