How do I send mail from an automation?

Add a Send physical mail or Enroll in mail campaign step to an automation, pick the template or campaign, then have a billing manager authorize it before you turn the automation on.
Authorize spending. An automation with a mail step shows a Mailers authorization banner. A billing manager chooses Manage authorization and sets a limit per piece, a limit per run, a total limit, and an expiry date. The automation can't be turned on until this is done.
What happens when it runs. Each time the automation fires, the mail is priced, charged within those limits, and sent. There is no approval step for each run.
When it needs attention. If the template or automation changes, the price goes over a limit, the total runs out, or the authorization expires, the mail step is skipped and the automation asks for a new authorization. Nothing is charged for a skipped step.
A test run never prices, charges or sends mail.
