How do I see where my mail is?
Open Campaigns > Mailers. Campaigns shows mail still going out, History shows finished campaigns and sends. Open one to see every recipient and where their piece is.
Open Campaigns > Mailers. Work still going out is under Campaigns, and finished work is under History.
Campaigns lists your draft, scheduled and active campaigns, including any whose mail is queued or at the printer.
History lists campaigns that have finished and one-off sends that have gone out. Filter it by campaign or one-off send, or search by name.
Open one to see its recipients, what each piece cost, and where each piece is: Queued, Ready, Printing, In the mail, Completed, Returned or Failed. Updates appear on their own as they come in.
A contact's own activity also shows the mail sent to them.
