Do my teammates see emails on a shared contact?

How email visibility works when multiple people on your team connect their inboxes.

Each team member connects their own email account from My Account → Email. When you send or receive a message from a contact, Coastline files a copy of that conversation on the matching contact's timeline so any teammate looking at the contact can see the history.

Privacy: only emails to or from a contact in your workspace are synced. Personal emails (a message to your spouse, for example) stay in your inbox alone and are never imported. You can disconnect at any time, and prior messages on contact timelines stay readable.
